This is a combination of hormone regulatory, pain relieving and calming essential oils blends of Clary Sage, Marjoram, Juniper berry, lavender and Frankincense in a base of Evening Primrose oil. As the name suggests, this blend controls premenstrual symptoms like menstrual pain and cramps, regulates menstrual cycle.

Apply two drops of the oil at the pubic area in circular motion at the onset of menstrual cycle, use it up to three times daily, use it till the end of menstrual cycle or till symptoms subside.
