You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped (whichever is earlier) by sending us a message.

RETURN & EXCHANGE-

If a wrong item is sent to you, please return it in the original form, most of our items are sealed, please ensure that the seal is not broken, if the seal is broken the item cannot be returned or exchanged. If wrong item is sent to you then we bear the shipping cost of replacement item.

If you want an item you purchased to be exchanged you can do it within 7 days of receipt of the same by returning the sealed item in original packing, for exchange of item you should be willing to pay the additional shipping cost.
